Full Side Pin Bone In or Out Fillet: Filleted Kenai Wild Sockeye Salmon, fresh in season or frozen, glazed and bulk packed, or individually vacuum sealed with our attractive consumer label for retail sales. Pin bones can be removed or left in the fillet.

The fresh season runs from late June to early August in Upper Cook Inlet, Alaska. All product forms are available frozen outside of the commercial fishing season.
